At Delipso, we’re a small family-run business, and our top priority is making sure you’re happy with your purchase. ❤️
If the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away — we’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Because each item is handmade in small batches, natural variations in colour or texture can occur. These do not affect the quality or performance of your lip balm or other products.
Please also keep in mind that:
- Our lip balms may soften in warm conditions (for example, if left in the sun or a hot car). Simply move them to a cool place or refrigerate briefly until firm again.
- In cooler weather, balms may feel a little firmer. Warm them slightly on the back of your hand, or if using a tin, with your fingertip before applying.
If you experience any genuine fault or concern, please reach out to us — we’ll always do our best to help.
However, as our products are handmade and perishable personal-care items, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
