Free & Flat Rate Shipping
Delipso provides free tracked shipping on all orders over $49 AUD Australia-wide.
For orders under $49 AUD, our flat-rate shipping applies as follows:
Lip Balm
- Standard Shipping – $8.95 AUD
- Express Shipping – $14.95 AUD
Candles
- Standard Shipping – $11.95 AUD
- Express Shipping – $14.95 AUD
Express & Priority Packing
Express shipping is available for all orders during checkout. Express orders are packed and dispatched first to help speed up delivery times.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been packed and shipped.
You can track your parcel directly via Australia Post: Track your items – Australia Post.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, Delipso is not responsible for any delays or issues that may occur during transit.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
